Mytilinio Hard Cheese, of Lesvos Dairy, belongs to the category of hard and elastic cheeses, white-yellow in color with round holes throughout its mass. It is prepared exclusively from goat's and sheep's milk, while it is distinguished by a mild aroma and delicate sub-sweet taste. It matures for at least three months.
